As the COVID-19 pandemic continues, family caregivers may find it even more challenging than ever to care for an elderly family member. The pandemic has presented caregivers with additional concerns, including seeking health care services during these times of uncertainty. At these difficult times, The Wilf Campus for Senior Living is here to help with a wide range of services, in a safe and secure environment.
On the Wilf Campus for Senior Living, we are proud to serve our senior community through all of our agencies – Stein Assisted Living, Wilf At Home, Wilentz Senior Residence, Stein Hospice and Wilf Transport – and through our partnership with Regency Jewish Heritage Post-Acute, Rehab and Nursing Center.
We continue to closely follow the guidelines of the Centers for Disease Control and the NJ Department of Health. The staff on the Wilf Campus have been consistently trained and updated on safety precautions, protocols and personal protective equipment. We are currently conducting ongoing COVID-19 testing for Wilf Campus staff and residents at Stein Assisted Living. Additionally, staff and visitors are screened for symptoms when they enter a building.
At Stein Assisted Living and Wilentz Senior Residence our staff continues to provide quality care with a smile. We are thrilled to be able to once again offer outdoor visitation to families at Stein Assisted Living as well as outdoor socially distant recreation activities for all our residents.
Our staff at Wilf At Home and Stein Hospice continue to provide quality home health and hospice services wherever the patient calls home. Our commitment is to provide quality and individualized care, ensuring that we create an atmosphere of trust, respect, dignity, accountability and excellence.
Wilf Transport continues to provide transportation to dialysis or doctor’s appointments, among other trips. We are taking all necessary precautions to keep our clients safe, including limiting rides to one client at a time, installing barriers between drivers and clients and regularly cleaning and disinfecting our vehicles.
In addition, through our partnership with Regency Jewish Heritage Post-Acute, Rehab and Nursing Center, which is located on the Wilf Campus, should the need for nursing, post-acute and rehabilitation services arise, our residents are able to receive those services without leaving our Campus. Likewise, patients at Regency benefit from the multitude of services available on the Wilf Campus.
Most importantly, all our Wilf Campus staff are committed to providing immediate support and the highest level of care, while enhancing your or your loved one’s overall quality of life and lifestyle. Our primary focus is always the safety and well-being of our seniors.
