In 2004, Karen Natkow joined the Stein Residence staff following careers in the teaching and retail fields. In addition to working with the marketing department, she is the “problem-solver” for residents, helping them to settle into their apartments, arranging medical transportation and generally trying to make their lives better.

Karen is a graduate of Douglass College, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in History. She recently became a Certified Assisted Living Administrator.

In her spare time, she enjoys reading, traveling and spending time with her family, especially the four-legged members.
