Debbie joined Wilentz in September 2019.  She spent 15 years working for a large financial services company where she had a variety of roles, including team management, quality assurance and training. During her years at home raising her children she volunteered in school activities, the school library and tutoring adults in an English as Second Language program.  She earned her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from University of Delaware and her MBA from Rutgers University.

Debbie resides in Metuchen with her husband and three children.  She enjoys spending time with family and friends, and watching her children’s sporting events.
