This recipe is not only delicious, but it can be made year round substituting real noodles, etc.
1 bag pesach
Wide noodles boiled and drained
10-16 oz. broccoli cuts
3 eggs (or egg substitute)
1/2 pkg. of onion soup mix
1/2 cup mayonnaise (recommend low-fat/fat free)
- Mix ingredients well and pour into a 9×13 inch pan sprayed with vegetable cooking spray.
- Bake at 350 degrees for around 30 minutes or until crispy on top. Serve warm.
