The Jaffa Gate Memory Care Neighborhood offers specialized care and support for seniors with memory impairment. Our specially trained staff provides compassionate care and 24-hour supervision in a secure, nurturing environment that feels like home. Residents live in private studio or shared apartments. The apartments, dining rooms and living rooms in our Memory Care Neighborhood are designed to be comfortable and accessible for those with dementia or other forms of memory impairment. We help residents decrease the challenges associated with memory loss, making them more successful in their daily lives and improving quality of care.
We are dedicated to meeting the unique needs of each resident and helping them take part in our community. We offer:
- Activities and programs designed to make life enjoyable and fulfilling for those with mild to moderate memory impairment or dementia
- Daily caregiver assistance with personal needs, monitoring of health conditions, management of medication and support for other personal and medical issues relating to dementia care
- Round the clock supervision and emergency alert systems to increase the safety of our residents
- Pleasant dining, recreation and visiting areas, including a peaceful garden and patio that is fully enclosed
