Position: Managing Director/Head of Campus
Agency: The Oscar and Ella Wilf Campus for Senior Living
WIlf Campus has launched a search for a Managing Director/Head of Campus. The successful candidate must have leadership skills and be adept in financial management, fundraising, and community relations. He or she will be a proven effective team builder who fosters a culture of trust, compliance, and success across all facets of the Wilf Campus.
Managing Director/Head of Campus
- Will be responsible for overseeing all operations of the Wilf Campus.
- Will be tasked with providing strong leadership for the Wilf Campus by working closely with the Wilf Campus subsidiary agency boards and will report to the Wilf Campus Board of Trustees.
- Must be able to work collaboratively with executive leadership of the subsidiary agencies to establish short and long-term goals, plans and strategies.
- Will manage budgets and make sure resources are allocated properly.
- Will make sure all Wilf Campus’ service areas meet their individual goals and are responsible for overall accountability to the Board of Trustees.
- Will act as the public face of the Wilf Campus.
- Must promote a culture of compliance and be able to adapt quickly to changes in the highly regulated programs serving our senior citizens.
- Responsible for development of joint ventures and new partnerships with the approval of the Board of Trustees.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Work with members of the Board of Trustees to plan and implement a short-, mid- and long-term strategy for the Wilf Campus.
- Oversee executive leadership, staff and budgets.
- Responsible to work with the marketing and development departments to set and meet fundraising goals.
- Responsible for advancing the mission of the Wilf Campus: To be the leader in Central New Jersey in providing health, housing, and community services, to the elderly in an environment which enhances and respects Jewish values, traditions and lifestyles.
- Act as the face of the Wilf Campus when dealing with state and local governments and the local community.
Qualifications
- A graduate degree in a health or related field.
- 8 or more years of top level management experience providing services to seniors in independent living, assisted living and/or hospice care.
- Strong understanding and experience with federal and state regulations, policies and procedures in providing senior services in the areas relevant to the Wilf Campus.
- Innovative, with a vision of the future of the Wilf Campus that they can plan, strategize and execute.
- Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire people to action.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word.

Position: Executive Director
Agency: Stein Hospice
Stein Hospice brings individualized hospice care to patients where they live — at home, assisted living facilities and nursing homes — in Somerset, Middlesex, Union and Monmouth counties in central New Jersey. We are committed to providing comfort and support to patients and their loved ones with a special focus on the alleviation of pain and suffering, the dignity of patients and the affirmation of life.
We are looking for a compassionate, talented and experienced Executive Director with an entrepreneurial spirit that is eager to join and lead an exciting, growing organization.
As the Executive Director you will use your talent and abilities in many ways, including:
- Establish, implement and evaluate goals and objectives for hospice services that meet and promote the high standards of quality and contribute to the total organization and philosophy.
- Responsible for overall direction and operation for this agency.
- Responsible for the management of qualified hospice personnel.
- Responsible for the overall delivery of quality hospice services.
- Accountable for Cost Controls and Budget Management.
- Ability to maximize cost effectiveness in the use of resources.
- Responsible for establishing standards of care to comply with federal and state regulations and guidelines.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Health Care Administration and Management, business or related field preferred.
- Five (5) to eight (8) years of experience in hospice care management.
- Experience in health care sales and/or management with P&L responsibility.
- Strong background in Cost Controls and Budgeting.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and supervise professional and administrative personnel.
- Expert knowledge of hospice care and the services provided to patient and family/caregiver through an interdisciplinary group.
- Demonstrated experience driving growth and profitability through excellent customer service.
- Knowledge of business management and a working knowledge of the Medicare Hospice Benefit preferred.
- Ability to professionally and effectively interact with a variety of individuals.
- Ability to be creative and generate ideas as they relate to marketing and community education.
- Effective and persuasive communication skills with a positive and outgoing attitude.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Consolo EMR experience is preferred.
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook).

Position: Shuttle/Van/Mini Bus Drivers with a CDL Class B — Per Diem
Agency: Wilf Transport
We are looking for part time and per diem Shuttle/Mini Bus Drivers with a CDL B to join our team.
Must be a team player and considerate to the needs of older adults. The driver position is responsible for the transportation of senior passengers for special events and social outings.
Part time:
- Mondays/Wednesdays and Fridays
- 10:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (flexible)
Per diem:
- As needed
- Monday through Friday
Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
- Safely transports senior passengers as directed.
- Follows all scheduled routes as assigned.
- Assists passengers when boarding and exiting the vehicle.
- Assists with packages, walkers and other items if needed.
- Accurately completes pre-trip sheets at the beginning and end of each shift.
- Demonstrates good judgment and problem solving and decision making skills.
- Attends and participates in staff meetings, mandatory in-services, and training sessions.
Qualifications:
- Must have and maintain a good driving record in the State of New Jersey.
- Must have and maintain a valid CDL B. This includes an updated DOT physical certificate and current fingerprints.
- Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
- Ability to operate a multi-passenger, wheelchair accessible vehicle safely and efficiently.
- Must enjoy working with seniors.
- Minimum 1 year experience required.
Job Type: Part-time
Salary: $13.75 to $14.00 /hour
Experience:
- Bus Driver: 2 years
- Seniors: 1 year
- Education: High school or equivalent
- License: CDL Class B
