Heighten your awareness of the primary risk factors for the number one killer in our country: Heart Disease.
Presented by Dr. Vince Sferra, Natural Medicine and Rehabilitation
This presentation will discuss in depth the risk factors contributing to heart disease, including high cholesterol, obesity, diabetes, high blood pressure, smoking and alcohol. An integration of the direct influences that nutrition, an active lifestyle and tempering stress have on Cardiovascular Disease is examined and suggestions for therapeutic lifestyle changes relative to these influences are presented. With this information, individuals can empower themselves to take control of the risk factors in order to prevent heart disease and be healthy for life!
