Do you or a loved one need help with memory improvement?
The Wilf Campus Total Memory Workout program is an eight-module series of one-hour classes on memory improvement and brain health. It emphasizes improvement in everyday performance, including strategies to boost our ability for learning and recalling names, remembering things we read, and organizational skills to boost recall. The program offers details on how to lead a brain-healthy lifestyle, diet, and how aging impacts memory performance.
Previous sessions have covered topics like Get Organized – How to Remember What You Need to Do, and Rev Up Your Recall – Remembering The People You Meet.
Total Memory Workout is facilitated by Wilf Staff Members Toby Ehrlich, LCSW, Director of Corporate Marketing for Wilf Campus, and David Rosenberg, MSW/MBA. They are certified “Total Brain Health” coaches equipped to teach classes on memory improvement and brain health.
Their certification training was taught by one of America’s foremost memory fitness experts, and author, Dr. Cynthia Green, who has been featured on the Dr. Oz show for her innovative programs on brain health. She is the founder and president of Memory Arts, LLC, a company that provides memory fitness and brain health training to organizations, corporations, and individuals. She also established The Memory Enhancement Program at the Mount Sinai School of Medicine in New York, a unique and innovative approach to enhancing memory fitness in healthy adults of all ages. Dr. Green maintains a private practice in New York City.
