On Thursday, September 8th, residents of Stein Assisted Living handed over their boarding passes and gathered together for an evening of festive decor, grande cuisine, and an elegant ambiance. The main dining room, lavishly transformed into an intimate gathering space, captured the attention of many as twinkling lights illuminated the area.
Tables dressed in white and gold were accompanied by beautiful red roses, glowing candles, and bottles of sparkling cider. The upbeat atmosphere, flavored by classical music, placed all in attendance into a Parisian state of mind.
The main dishes, inspired by French cuisine and masterfully prepared by our in-house chefs, included chicken roulade, beef bourguignon, fondant potatoes, and French green beans. It is safe to say that the night would not have been complete without deliciously indulgent Napoleon pastry!
Although the Night in Paris was short-lived, it was a night that will not soon be forgotten!
