5 New And Delicious Ways To Use Matzo

Wilf Matzo PassoverHappy Passover! Keeping  kosher for Passover can be tough when you’re craving some of your favorite meals. In this post we will be providing you with some Passover alternatives using matzo!

1. Matzo With Lox And Cream Cheese

Drop the bagel and put a little Pesach twist on your favorite breakfast. Just toast the matzo with butter, then add the cream cheese, lox and whatever other toppings you desire. It’s simple and tastes great!

2. Matzo S’mores

Try this campfire favorite for a sweet treat during Passover. Toast some Kosher for Passover marshmallows on your stove and sandwich them between squares of matzo and chocolate. The best parts of s’mores are the insides anyways!

3. Matzo Pizza

You don’t have to miss pizza anymore during Passover with this recipe! Drizzle your matzo with olive oil and then add shredded mozzarella. Toast that until the cheese is lightly melted, then add tomato chunks or a light coating of tomato sauce (whichever you prefer). Put it back in the toaster oven for about a minute or so and you’ve got yourself a crunchy, kosher pizza!

4. Matzo Lasagna

Put a new spin on your Passover table  with this yummy dish! Replace the noodles in your favorite lasagna recipe with egg-dipped matzo add some zucchini or spinach.. Your family will love the Passover version..

5. Chicken Cutlets ala Matzah Meal

Grilled chicken is a healthy alternative, but some of us prefer it a little more interesting. Why not dip your chicken in eggs and then matzah meal, fry in oil with potatoes and  onions  or bake.
