Wilf Campus Chief Executive Officer-
Susan Harris,CRA,ADC,LNHA
Susan Harris recently joined our team as the CEO of the Wilf Campus. Prior to this appointment she served for 12 years as the Assistant Executive Director at Daughters of Israel in West Orange, New Jersey. In that position Susan managed multiple daily operations for the long term care facility as well as managing senior apartments, special needs transportation, adult medical day care, kosher meals on wheels, Alzheimer’s special care services, Rabbinical services, a sheltered workshop through the local Jewish Vocational Services, developed numerous grant proposals and participated in various types of fund raising all resulting in large amounts of funds raised for the organization. Susan was very involved with the Jewish community at large, sitting on many committees and in helping to set up many joint and collaborative community programs and fund raising projects including two NORCs (naturally occurring retirement communities).
Susan is a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, a NJ Certified Recreation Administrator and a nationally Certified Activity Director. She received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Art Therapy from the College of New Jersey. She has served on federal government committees for the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid related to senior care and services and has published a number of articles on senior care. She is an accomplished national educational presenter on topics about the elderly. She has also been the recipient of a number of state and national awards for excellence in program development.
Susan is active in various Jewish Communal pursuits. She is excited to be heading up new growth and programming in senior services for the Campus and to be working with professionals and lay leadership in the communities served by the Wilf Campus.
Rina Richard
Benifits Administrator
Rina Richard recently joined the staff of the Oscar and Ella Wilf Campus as Benefits Administrator and Fund Raising Administrator for The Foundation. Prior to this appointment, Mrs. Richard was the Program Administrator of Metro Transport, a senior and special needs transportation program of Daughters of Israel in West Orange, NJ. For over six years, Mrs. Richard managed and oversaw the daily operations including fundraising and development for the program. She successfully raised over three million dollars in operating, capital and endowment funding to ensure the financial sustainability of Metro Transport.
Rina resides with her husband in Lambertville, New Jersey, and is dedicated to continuing the mission to enhance the lives of Jewish seniors in our community.

Olga Miccio
Site Manager
Olga has been part of the Wilentz Senior Living staff since 2001. Previous to being appointed the site manager she held the position of Congregant Coordinator for 8 years . Olga has over 15 years experience working with older adults in Senior Housing. She is also bi-lingual in Spanish which is an asset to our campus.

Sharon Chesir, MSW, LSW
Social Service Coordinator
Sharon joined the Wilentz Senior Living staff in 2007. As social services coordinator, she helps residents to age gracefully through assistance with social service programs, counseling and other issues. She also leads a book club for residents. Sharon received her bachelor's degree from Brooklyn College - CUNY and her master's degree in social work from Yeshiva University- Wurzweiler School of Social Work in 1991. She has more than 7 years' experience working exclusively with older adults and has worked for many Jewish agencies, including Jewish Family Services of Central New Jersey.

Linda Raimondi
Administrative Assistant
Linda joined the Wilentz Senior Living staff in 2006. As the coordinator of the application process, activities and the convenience store - and the leader of our walking club - she is often the first point of contact for new residents. Linda has more than 20 years' experience in the administrative field.

Anna Simmons, RN, CIC, CALA
Executive Director
Anna has enjoyed working on The Wilf Campus for more than 18 years. She began her career at Wilf in the nursing home, working as a nurse in infection control and staff development. Her background in nursing and her love of quality assurance made her a natural fit as executive director of The Stein Assisted Living Residence. In this role, she oversees the daily operation of the 90-bed assisted living residence. Anna's personal mission is to make every day as good as it can be for every resident she serves. She is most proud of the care given by the talented team of dedicated professionals at The Stein Residence.

Toby Brown Ehrlich, LCSW, ACSW, CALA
Director of Marketing
Toby is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with more than 25 years of experience working with older adults and their families. As director of marketing at The Stein Residence, she informs the community about the options that The Wilf Campus offers. Toby also helps families to explore care options for their loved one. She truly enjoys working with older adults on The Wilf Campus. Toby earned a bachelor's degree from Hofstra University and a master's degree in social work with a certificate in gerontology from Rutgers University.

Tammy Mannon, RN, BSN, LNHA
Director of Nursing
Tammy joined The Stein Residence in 2004 as director of nursing, bringing with her 15 years of nursing experience working in hospitals, nursing homes and assisted living residences. She graduated with honors from Seton Hall University and holds a nursing home administrator license. Tammy says, “Although my days are quite busy here, I love my job. Each day that I leave to go home, I know I have made a difference in some of the residents’ lives, and that’s what nursing is all about. I can’t think of anything I’d rather be doing.”

Karen Natkow
Resident Services Coordinator
Karen joined the staff of The Stein Residence in 2004 after careers in the teaching and retail fields. In addition to working with the marketing department, she is the "problem-solver" for our residents, helping them to settle into their apartments, arranging medical transportation and generally trying to make their lives better. Karen is a graduate of Douglass College, Rutgers University.

Randi Rosen
Assistant Marketing Director
Randi is proud to say that she has happily participated in the growth of The Stein Residence since our doors first opened in May 2003. She has worked with seniors and their families for more than eight years as a nursing home social worker and admissions director. Randi holds a bachelor's degree in social work.

Jackie Kott
Director of Recreation
Jackie brings more than 18 years of experience in recreation to the activities program at The Stein Assisted Living Residence - as well as a great deal of enthusiasm and creativity! She is a graduate of Stockton State College.

Ralph Ratuszniak
Director of Maintenance
Ralph joined the staff of The Wilf Campus in 2002 and has 16 years' experience in the building management industry. He was born in Debica, Poland, where he graduated high school and attended technical college. He is currently pursuing a degree in business administration. A huge sports fan, Ralph loves rooting for the Jets and Mets and also enjoys good books, movies and traveling.

Bruce Birnberg,LCSW
Executive Director
Sharon Criscione RN, BSN, CHPC
Clinical Director
Sharon joined Stein Hospice in 2005 as an on-call nurse, responding to the needs of our patients on evenings and weekends, and was promoted to Clinical Director in March, 2009. She graduated from Beth Israel School of Nursing in 1984 and received her Bachelor's degree in nursing from Thomas Edison University. Sharon spent 10 years working in critical care where she earned certification as a critical care nurse. She has worked as a home care and hospice nurse for the past 15 years and is certified in hospice and palliative care.

Paula S. Krauser, MD, MA
Medical Director
An early proponent of the hospice movement in New Jersey, Dr. Krauser has been the Medical Director of the Martin and Edith Stein Hospice since its inception. She is a board certified family physician with added qualification in geriatrics and was among the first physicians in the country to become board certified in hospice and palliative care by the American Board of Medical Specialties. She earned a bachelor's degree from Douglass College and later entered the graduate program in psychology at Brandeis University under fellowship from the National Institute of Mental Health. After obtaining her medical degree from Robert Wood Johnson Medical School, she completed her residency at Overlook Hospital - Columbia College of Physician and Surgeons. Dr. Krauser worked with the New Jersey State Legislature as a Health Policy Fellow. Her special interests are women's health, integrative medicine, and end-of-life care.

Rabbi David Glicksman, BCC
Campus Chaplain
Before joining the staff of The Stein Hospice, Rabbi Glicksman was director of pastoral services at the Central New Jersey Jewish Home for the Aged in Somerset, NJ. He is board certified by the National Association of Jewish Chaplains and is a supervisor-in-training under the auspices of Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital. He is a clinical member of the Association for Clinical Pastoral Education (ASPE) and board certified by the College of Pastoral Supervision and Psychotherapy (CPSP). He is currently a member of the board of the National Association of Jewish Chaplains.

Fran Starr, LCSW
Medical Social Worker
Prior to joining The Stein Hospice team, Fran was a Jewish communal social worker for 10 years. She acted as Director of Older Adult Services for the Jewish Family and Vocational Services of Northern Middlesex county. Fran received her Masters in Social Work from Adelphi University and is a licensed clinical social worker. She has a strong interest in spirituality and is active in the Jewish community.

Sara Culang
Volunteer Coordinator/Community Relations
Sara joined The Martin and Edith Stein Hospice in 2005 as volunteer coordinator, later adding community outreach to her responsibilities in 2007. She is a Highland Park Temple-CAE Sisterhood Board Member. Prior to her work in hospice, Sara was a sales director for a book publishing company in New York City and worked in book sales for 15 years.
